Requirements confirmation stage. The customer and Suoxiang communicate their requirements through face-to-face interviews, telephone calls, emails, etc., and organize them into documents. The later development will be based on the requirements documents.

Price negotiation stage. Ask for a quotation and development cycle, and negotiate and confirm with the customer.

Confirm cooperation. After the consensus is reached, the "Request for Software Development Contract" will be signed and the cooperation phase will be officially entered, and the customer will pay 50% of the advance payment.

development stage. Suoxiang conducts development and design documentation, database design, and coding. The customer provides relevant information and human and material assistance. Both parties work together to complete the system with quality and quantity until it is deployed and online. After the customer passes the acceptance, 40% of the project payment will be paid.

Maintenance phase. From the date of customer acceptance, Suoxiang will provide one year of free maintenance. In the maintenance phase, minor function adjustments and bug fixes can be made, but if you want to develop new functions, you need to pay additional fees. After the expiration of 3 months, the customer pays the remaining 10% of the maintenance fee. If you need to continue to maintain, you need to pay for the maintenance of the new year.
